To guarantee the quality of electricity supply during the National High School Exam (ENEM), the five Neoenergia distributors programmed a series of actions for the days of the tender. Preventive inspections and corrections are being carried out on the circuit networks that supply energy at test sites in the regions served by Neoenergia Brasília (DF), Neoenergia Coelba (BA), Neoenergia Cosern (RN), Neoenergia Elektro (SP) and Neoenergia Pernambuco (PE).

The teams' performance was reinforced. Professionals will enter a special on-call regime and there will be an increase in the number of technicians involved in the emergency restoration of the electricity supply. In addition, integrated operations centers, which monitor and coordinate technical teams, will also increase the contingent to prevent incidents.

Field teams will also be available at the test sites. Technicians will be ready at strategic locations, close to the central service equipment. In this way, distributors will be able to act in real time monitoring the electrical system and weather conditions to work in advance, in the event of a change of scenery.
