Public Hearings
The main objective of the Public Hearing is to provide transparency and publicity to the projects carried out and to collect subsidies for the preparation of new projects. At the Public Hearing, the projects in execution are informed with the expected results and the projects closed in the previous year with their results recorded. In addition, an e-mail is recommended for sending requests, opinions and suggestions. To give visibility to the actions carried out by the Neoenergia Group, the Energy Efficiency area publishes, every quarter, revised with information about the universe of energy and how to use it in an efficient, economic and sustainable manner. The projects mentioned in the publications are part of the Energy Efficiency Programs of the Neoenergia Group companies, regulated by the National Electric Energy Agency - ANEEL. The initiatives aim to disseminate the efficient use of energy, as well as the various technologies that can contribute to improving the services provided to communities.

Durante o ano de 2023, a Neoenergia Coelba investiu R$ 42,9 milhões em seu Programa de Eficiência Energética. A empresa tem alcançado resultados significativos nas ações, que se direcionam aos segmentos residencial (especialmente o de baixa renda), comercial e poder público. No ano de 2023, foram concluídos 9 (nove) projetos que resultaram em economia de energia de 13,16 GWh/ano e redução na demanda de ponta de 4,23 MW. Em dezembro de 2023, o saldo disponível na conta de eficiência energética era de R$ 53,8 milhões.
Destacamos a realização de uma Chamada Pública de Projetos em outubro de 2023, que disponibilizou R$ 25 milhões para as tipologias Industrial, Comércio e Serviços, Poder Público, Residencial, Iluminação Pública e Serviços Públicos, cuja divulgação do resultado deverá acontecer em março de 2024. No 2º semestre de 2024, a NEOENERGIA COELBA lançará uma nova Chamada Pública para seleção de projetos de eficiência energética com recurso previsto a ser disponibilizado da ordem de R$ 25 milhões. Estão previstas para essa chamada as tipologias Poder Público, Serviços Públicos, Comércio e Serviços, Industrial, Residencial e Iluminação Pública e a divulgação do resultado deverá acontecer em 2025.

During 2020, Neoenergia Brasília invested R$ 11,140,536,91 in its Energy Efficiency Program. In 2021, 06 (six) projects were completed, resulting in energy savings of 1.837 GWh/year and a reduction in peak demand of 0.338 MW. In December 2021, the balance available in the energy efficiency account was R$ 37,171,298.74.
We highlight the holding of a Public Call for Projects in October 2021, which provided R$ 9.3 million for the types Industrial, Commerce and Services, Government, Residential, Public Lighting and Public Services, whose results should be announced in March 2022. In 2022, Companhia de Energia de Brasília will launch a new Public Call for the selection of energy efficiency projects with resources expected to be made available in the order of R$ 3.57 million. The typologies Public Power, Public Services, Commerce and Services, Industrial, Residential and Public Lighting are planned for this call, and the results should be announced in 2022.
