Building Efficiency projects aim to promote improvements in the facilities of government units and non-profit commercial units. The actions include the efficiency of final energy uses, such as the replacement of inefficient lamps with new ones with LED technology, energy management and the use of an encouraged source (photovoltaic). Additionally, the customer also has access to lectures and information on the rational and safe use of energy.

To participate in the project, the institution must meet the following prerequisites:

1. Own building for public service, commercial, non-profit and/or essentially philanthropic or welfare consumers in the concession municipalities under the responsibility of Neoenergia;
2. Work during the distribution company's peak hours;
3. Do not have debts with Neoenergia.
