Conexão Digital, the largest Brazilian research and development project focusing on customers in the electricity sector, was launched in 2020. The initiative is part of the strategy to modernize customer processes and journeys, creating and integrating new service channels for Neoenergia customers.
Several initiatives were made available, including paying bills through Pix and delivering invoices via WhatsApp, bringing ease, convenience, and innovation to all. The project has also stood out for its sustainable approach and the constant search for solutions that promote energy efficiency and the reduction of environmental impact.
Through initiatives such as the promotion of the conscious use of energy and the implementation of monitoring and control technologies, the project contributes to the construction of a more modern, responsible electricity sector aligned with the needs and expectations of Neoenergia's customers and of society as a whole.

Digital Invoice
Get your bill every month in digital format and in the email of your choice! To join, just access your distributor and register, check it out.
Ah! When you receive the invoice by e-mail, you also have the option of paying via PIX! The QR-Code and PIX Link will be in the simplified account that arrives in the body of the email. Just click on the link or point your cell phone camera at the code and you will be directed to the payment system.
Now you have one more option to receive your bill: Via SMS! This innovation brings agility, convenience and safety to the customers of Neoenergia Pernambuco, Neoenergia Coelba and Neoenergia Cosern. And you also help the environment!
When you register an SMS invoice, you will receive your monthly account via a password-protected PDF file (the first 5 digits of your social security number) and it will always be available for consultation, without having to request a duplicate.
