The Neoenergia Internship Program aims to develop young talent, through active participation in the company's routine, processes, and projects, facing challenges and overcoming them with innovative initiatives. The duration of the program is up to two years and throughout the entire process, the student will have access to the various benefits offered by the company.

What are the requirements to participate?

Higher level courses: Bachelor, Technologist and Technician.

Period: starting from the 3rd period (Superior) and starting from the 2nd period (Technologist and Technician).

Available for 6 hours of internship per day (during business hours).

The Neoenergia Volunteer Program aims to encourage voluntary action among its employees through activities promoted by the company in partnership with non-profit institutions. In 2020, the Program focused on actions that would minimize the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on communities. Currently, employees participate in initiatives in various locations, in order to promote solidarity and help others, especially to the vulnerable population.
