What is the Program?

The Future Talents Program is a Neoenergia initiative that aims to:

Attract new talent;

Strengthen collaboration with universities, promoting an environment of partnership and enriching knowledge exchange;

Encourage the creation of innovative solutions for real challenges.

Who can participate?

Neoenergia invites university students from the fields of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics), Management or Economics who are residents of Recife or nearby, studying starting from the 5th term.
