The document presents Neoenergia's consolidated information in the ESG+F dimensions (environmental, social, governance and financial, in English translation).
Since 2004, Neoenergia has published the Annual Report, which includes its results in the Financial and Non-Financial dimensions (ESG aspects: Environmental, Social and Governance - or, in Portuguese, ESG: Environmental, Social and Governance).
Prepared in accordance with the regulations of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), with the Socio-Environmental and Economic-Financial Report Preparation Manual of the National Electric Energy Agency (ANEEL) and, since 2020, under the guidelines of the International Integrated Reporting Council (IIRC) and the Sustainability Accounting Standards (SASB) standards for the electricity sector, the document also reports initiatives that contribute to the Ten Principles of the Global Compact and to the 17 Objectives of Sustainable Development (ODS), from the United Nations (UN).

The Annual Report is guaranteed by a third party by KPMG Assessores.
