External auditors analyzed the group's five energy distributors in 162 requirements, including customer satisfaction and actions to preserve the environment
Neoenergia's distributors have been recognized through ISO certifications. Quality of Management, Level of Customer Satisfaction and Environmental Management System were recommended through ISO 9001, ISO 10002 and ISO 14001 Certifications, respectively. The recertification processes occurred after the analysis of 162 requirements by external auditors at Neoenergia Coelba (BA), Neoenergia Cosern (RN), Neoenergia Pernambuco (PE), Neoenergia Elektro (SP and MS) and Neoenergia Brasília (DF).
"Neoenergia operates with focus, efficiency, quality in services, customer excellence and engaged in the sustainability and decarbonization of the planet. These recertifications prove our commitment to build a solid company, providing economic and social growth in our areas of operation and concession," says Andréia Ramalho, Neoenergia's Process and Technical Systems Manager.
The group's companies received 10 auditors who evaluated 162 requirements over approximately one month. The process was carried out by the certifiable Bureau Veritas Certification (BVC), for quality and environment evaluations; and the Asociación Española de Normalización y Certificación (AENOR), for the theme of Complaints Treatment. Neoenergia achieved 100% efficiency in the analyzed questions.
"To achieve this result, we are in the internal audit model. We have done what we call an internal evaluation, which works more closely with the audited areas, forming continuous partnerships so that the work remains over time", adds Andréia Ramalho.
In total, approximately 600 hours were used in advisory, with clarification of doubts about processes related to certifications and their respective evidence.
