This measure – one of the main duties of consumers – is important in several respects.
"The most important thing is to facilitate contact between the distributor and customers whenever necessary," recalls Leonardo Moura, Superintendent of Commercial Processes at Neoenergia. " The registration update also assists in the correct sending of invoices to the email addresses in the case of digital invoice", complements the executive.

Free teleservice, available 24 hours, every day of the week (phone and email can be updated);
WhatsApp and Service Stores (it is possible to register documents such as RG and CPF);
Required documents: RG, CPF or National Driver's License.
