After receiving the certification seal, the company confirms its position in the institution's national ranking

On Wednesday (9), Neoenergia reached a new milestone in its trajectory by entering the national ranking of Great Place to Work (GPTW), which positioned the company as one of the best companies in Brazil to work for. The company entered the national ranking in 17th position out of 175 companies listed. Neoenergia currently has around 16,000 employees across the country.

"This recognition extends to the employees who make Neoenergia a great place to work.The company is made up of a little bit of each employee, and together we form a team of people committed to bringing energy and development to almost 17 million customers," said Eduardo Capelastegui, CEO of Neoenergia.

The GPTW is known globally for evaluating the level of satisfaction with the work environment among employees. In this edition of the award, 5,000 companies took part in the survey, 31% more than last year. Neoenergia's certification journey began over a year ago and included the preparation of materials and the application of the survey to 100% of employees. In August of this year, Neoenergia received the certification seal. It then took part in the regional rankings, winning eighth place among the best companies to work for in Rio de Janeiro and third place in Rio Grande do Norte.

Inclusion in the GPTW ranking is confirmation that the company constantly invests in professional development, health and well-being programs, as well as promoting an organizational culture that values diversity and inclusion. In September, Neoenergia was also recognized as the largest Brazilian electricity company by the Valor 1000/2024 ranking.
