Neoenergia launches customer-focused advertising campaign

With an emotional message about the importance of energy in people's lives and in economic and social development, the “Energy to do more and more” campaign, created in partnership with Propeg, reaches concession areas in BA, DF, PE and RN

Rio de Janeiro, April 22, 2024

“Where there is Neoenergia, there is more investment, more commitment, more diversity, more development and more care for people”. This is the message of Neoenergia's new advertising campaign, launched this Monday at distributors. The premiere of “Energy to Do More and More” takes place in Bahia and the Federal District, concession areas of Neoenergia Coelba and Neoenergia Brasília, respectively. It will then be extended to the states of Pernambuco (Neoenergia Pernambuco) and Rio Grande do Norte (Neoenergia Cosern)

In the campaign film created in partnership with the agency Propeg, the company reinforces its commitment to the quality of the energy supply in all everyday situations, whether for residential or commercial customers. The media programming includes a complete mix with a 360º presence on television, cinema, radio, newspapers, digital platforms and outdoor advertising, including billboards and large spaces with high circulation, such as airports and highway toll stations.

With a more humanized and emotional approach, advertising includes elements that value the importance of energy, something so essential in people's lives. “The campaign reinforces Neoenergia's commitment to the customer and to our delivery so that the quality of the energy supply is even better. For us, the customer is a priority. We know the relevance of energy in people's lives, as well as in the economic and social growth of the regions where we are present. The idea is to emphasize that we are on the customer's side at all times, whether in everyday life or in challenging situations,” says Lorenzo Perales, Director of Marketing at Neoenergia.

The film shows various circumstances regarding Neoenergia's relationship with its clients, from those who need light on to read a book to a child before they sleep, to the dedication of electricians on the streets or to a young person who is connected to a cell phone to have fun, to the rural producer who uses a computer to monitor his work in the fields.
