 Accordion | Neoenergia Institute and Ekloos launch public notice for combating COVID-19


Neoenergia Institute, in partnership with Instituto Ekloos, launched the second edition of Impactô Social Acceleration Program.​​​​ The public notice will select 16 non-profit organizations and impacting business, eight in Rio de Janeiro and eight in São Paulo, locations established as the focus of the pandemic and where Neoenergia's headquarters and Elektro's distribution areas are located. ​​Impactô enrollments will be open up to May 18​.

 Accordion | Neoenergia customer service via chatbot reaches 1 million interactions in less than a month

Neoenergia's concessionaires, in order to prevent the spread of the disease, opted to implement service via WhatsApp, by using a chatbot technology. Launched on March 20, in little over a month the solution has already performed more than 1 million services, with an effectiveness rate over 90% of requests, and was highly important for customers during the quarantine.
