Celpe, Coelba and Elektro are finalists in the ‘Service Dealer’ category of the Época Negócios Reclame Aqui 2019 Award. The recognition, which has been given to Brazilian companies that have the best customer service and demand solving rates for nine years, is called the “Brazilian Service Oscar” and annually moves more than 1,4 thousand companies.  

Neoenergia concessionaires are once again competing for the award, and the participation is a consequence of internal projects to improve service and solve the demands presented by customers. Voting is open to the public and continues until September 8. More than 1.5 million votes have already been received for the award that will be presented on November 4.
