On Consumer Day, Coelba launches Conciliation Center in partnership with the Court of Justice
Having in mind the relationship and satisfaction of its customers, Coelba signed a cooperation agreement with Bahia Court of Justice and the Secretary of Administration (Saeb), which manages the CS network.
In this area, professionals from Coelba perform the customer service already scheduled by the TJ, which aims to accelerate the resolution of questions, encourage a closer relationship of the company with the customer and promote dialogue between the parties, without the need to file legal proceedings. . This will give the parties the opportunity to previously find a faster and simplier resolution of the issue.
The Pre-procedural Conciliation Nucleus provides services to the population at the CS Paralela SAJ, from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
In other consumer action, Coelba participated throughout the week in the Procon Mutirão (a joint effort), to enable the defaulting customer to negotiate the debt within more flexible proposals. This joint effort ends this Friday (March 15), at Procon headquarters in Salvador.
