Different sectors of the economy in the concession areas of the group's distributors will be able to participate in the Call for Tenders

As a protagonist of the energy transition in Brazil and committed to promoting actions that contribute to the conscious consumption of electricity, Neoenergia has launched the Public Call for Energy Efficiency Projects (SEE 001/2025) in its concession areas. The total investment will be R$ 142 million.

The call will be available in the regions of Neoenergia Brasília, Neoenergia Coelba (Bahia), Neoenergia Pernambuco, Neoenergia Cosern (Rio Grande do Norte) and Neoenergia Elektro (São Paulo and Mato Grosso do Sul). The initiative, regulated by the National Electricity Agency (ANEEL), aims to encourage projects that promote the rational use of electricity.

"We are helping to increase the efficient consumption of electricity in the country.The initiative encourages society to invest in electrical modernization and sustainable energy, creating a sustainable culture for everyone," explains Ana Mascarenhas, Neoenergia's Energy Efficiency Superintendent.

The calls for tenders cover various sectors of the economy, including: Residential (condominiums), Rural, Industrial, Trade and Services, Public Power, Public Services and Public Lighting. Interested parties must follow the technical and commercial criteria defined in each document, available on Neoenergia's Public Calls for Projects - Neoenergia page.

The deadline for clarifying doubts, via the Public Call portal, is December 29, 2025. The deadline for receiving project proposals is January 13, 2026. To consult all the documents relating to the process, go to the Neoenergia website and look for the "Public Call for Energy Efficiency" banner.
