Maker Space

Welcome to the newest space at the Energy Museum! Here, we think about providing an active learning experience for children and young people. Our workshops, adapted to different age groups, are designed to stimulate creativity, leadership and make learning more meaningful. In this space, the interdisciplinarity of knowledge is explored to the maximum, challenging participants to solve everyday problems.

With a capacity for up to 40 students, our objective is to challenge students from Elementary School II, High School, Technical Education and Higher Education to build knowledge through active methodologies, making learning more meaningful.

Offices

The workshops at Espaço Maker are a unique learning and development opportunity. Lasting 90 minutes, these activities offer participants the chance to explore topics such as energy generation, conscious consumption, and energy efficiency in a practical and challenging way. Each workshop is carefully planned to provide adequate resources and materials, allowing for a complete and enriching experience. In addition, the workshops at Espaço Maker value students' leadership, encouraging the acquisition of essential educational skills, such as communication, creativity, scientific thinking, and
