Neoenergia distributors receive Best in Management Award 2024
The award, granted by the National Quality Foundation, is the most important for excellence in business management
Neoenergia was awarded this Monday (09) by the National Quality Foundation (FNQ) in three categories of the Best in Management Award - 2024 Cycle. The initiative recognizes the best management practices, according to the MEG management excellence model.
Neoenergia Coelba and Neoenergia Cosern won the Gold category. Neoenergia Elektro was highlighted in the Silver category. Neoenergia Pernambuco and Neoenergia Brasília, in turn, were mentioned in the bronze category.
"For Neoenergia, the customer is at the heart of the business. This recognition shows how committed the company is to the quality of the services we provide to our consumers throughout the country," said Sérgio Bezerra, Neoenergia's Strategy and Management Superintendent.
Held annually, the Best in Management recognition process highlights world-class organizations that are a benchmark in management. The initiative aims to stimulate the country's development by promoting improvements in management quality and increasing the competitiveness of organizations. The award succeeds the National Quality Award (PNQ).
Neoenergia competed against other companies that went through the visitation stage and were assessed by examiners. The professionals selected organizations that met all the Fundamentals of Excellence (Commitment, Responsibility, Leadership, Systemic Thinking, Processes, Innovation and Culture), as well as showing results in management performance.
About the MEG award
Created in 1991, the National Quality Foundation is a non-profit institution whose aim is to widely disseminate the Fundamentals of Management Excellence to organizations of all sectors and sizes. In this way, the FNQ contributes to improving management, increasing the competitiveness of organizations and, consequently, improving the quality of life of the Brazilian people. The institution is responsible for organizing, promoting and evaluating the Best in Management Award.
