Training for Rouanet in the Interior begins this Friday (13th) and will have its first face-to-face workshops in the Federal District
MinC, Neoenergia and Sesi offer training to prepare cultural agents to prepare and submit proposals to the program
With the aim of offering technical skills for preparing, registering, executing and rendering accounts for cultural projects, the Ministry of Culture (MinC), in partnership with Neoenergia, through the Neoenergia Institute, and the Industry Social Service (Sesi), is starting the training stage of the Rouanet program in the Interior this Friday (13th). The inaugural training will take place at 4pm, in virtual format, broadcast on the MinC's official YouTube channel. The cycle of activities will also include face-to-face meetings in different regions of the country, starting with the Midwest.
The program's first face-to-face workshops will be held in the Federal District, with activities scheduled for March 19, at Praça do Cidadão, in Ceilândia, and on March 24, at the Planaltina Cultural Complex, in Planaltina. The program will continue throughout March and April with training sessions in other cities covered by the public notice, such as Caicó (RN), Serra Talhada (PE), Rio de Contas (BA) and Registro (SP), as well as new rounds of virtual meetings.
For Neoenergia, fostering culture in cities in the countryside reinforces the Neoenergia Institute's commitment to expanding social inclusion, especially in places where the company is present.

Who can apply?
To apply for the Rouanet no Interior program, you must be a legal entity with cultural characteristics and headquartered in the small municipalities covered by the public notice in the states of Bahia, Pernambuco, Rio Grande do Norte and São Paulo, as well as the outlying administrative regions of the Federal District.
Each selected project can receive up to R$200,000 to carry out activities in the areas of performing arts, music, visual arts, heritage and humanities. Registration began on February 26 and runs until April 30, 2024, exclusively through the Support System for Cultural Incentive Laws (Salic). For more information, click here.
The notice also allows applicants with no proven previous experience to take part in the selection if this is their first access to the system, a measure that facilitates the entry of new agents into the cultural market and reduces bureaucracy in access to the National Culture Support Program (Pronac).
