Volunteer Program
Volunteering transforms lives! Neoenergia offers its employees a Volunteer Program to help those who need it most.
The Neoenergia Volunteer Program is connected with communities in the areas where the company operates, benefiting thousands of people annually. The actions are carried out by employees in the five regions of Brazil. The objective is to sensitize and engage teams in actions that generate social impact, both in person and in digital formats. The focus is on promoting initiatives in three main Sustainable Development Goals: 4, 5 and 10.
The initiative offers permanent engagement opportunities through its own online platform for employees. All actions are aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals proposed by the United Nations (UN).
International Volunteer Week
One of the main engagement activities, International Volunteer Week is a global initiative of Iberdrol, a group of which we are part. Held annually, it includes several actions that help improve the context in which we live and the quality of life of the most vulnerable people.
