When bills are piling up, this may hurt the financial health. Aiming at easing Neoenergia's customers life and in view of the economic scenario arising from coronavirus pandemic, the company is offering to consumers the option of paying the energy bill in up to 12 installments through their credit card. This mode will also allow payment in one lump sum, without interest. Payment can be made through the company's website, ensuring the consumer's convenience.
Under this new model, credit cards from Master, Visa, Hiper, Elo and Amex brands are accepted. This is possible due to a partnership between Neoenergia and Flexpag, a company specializing in payments through credit and debit cards.
To adhere to the installment plan, Neoenergia requires that customers contact the company through the following service channels of the corresponding concessionaire of their state.
