The Ministry of Culture's program, in partnership with Neoenergia, through the Neoenergia Institute, continues with in-person and virtual workshops while the deadline for submitting proposals is April 30.

Registration for the Rouanet program in the Interior is entering its final stretch. Interested applicants have until April 30, 2026 to submit projects through the Cultural Incentive Law Support System (Salic). For more information, visit the Program page.

The initiative, carried out in partnership with Neoenergia, through the Neoenergia Institute, and the Industry Social Service (Sesi), aims to expand access to cultural promotion in small municipalities and outlying regions, as well as training cultural agents to prepare, register, execute and render accounts for projects.

Throughout March and April, the program is promoting a series of training activities, including face-to-face workshops and virtual meetings, with a focus on qualifying proponents and strengthening cultural production outside the major centers. To check out the training schedule, click here.

The program will invest around R$6 million in supporting cultural projects in small municipalities and outlying regions, with the aim of expanding access to cultural funding outside the major centers. Each selected proposal can receive up to R$200,000.

Who can participate

Legal entities of a cultural nature, whether for-profit or not, based in the territories covered by the notice, in the states of Bahia, Pernambuco, Rio Grande do Norte and São Paulo, as well as the administrative regions of the Federal District, can participate.
