the second consecutive year, Neoenergia is among the best companies in Brazil to work for. The company maintained its ranking in the national Great Place to Work (GPTW) ranking, with an 84% participation. The company currently has around 16,000 employees across the country.

The GPTW is known globally for evaluating the level of work environment satisfaction among employees. The inclusion in the GPTW ranking is a confirmation that the company constantly invests in professional development, health and well-being programs, in addition to promoting an organizational culture that values diversity, inclusion and equal opportunities, as pointed out in the survey with employees.
