The School of Electricians – an initiative that has just arrived in the Federal District, offers 100 vacancies for the first classes. In addition, several professional opportunities will be offered in the next 12 months. Company is also open enrollment in its Internship Program, with vacancies throughout the country

Neoenergia remains committed to the development of professionals in its regions of operation. Therefore, it continues to expand employment opportunities and enable individual training. After making 695 contracts in the first quarter of 2021 alone, 271% higher than in the same period of 2020, the company continues to expand the staff, with over 350 opportunities to work at Neoenergia Distribuição Brasília to be offered over the next 12 months. In addition, the company has just announced the first vacancies for the School of Electricians in the Federal District – a project already carried out in the other concession areas of the company, offering free training for the profession of electrician.

The opening of 100 vacancies for technical training, still this June, through the School of Electricians, will be carried out through a partnership with the Government of the Federal District. The opportunities are aimed at men and women who, in the midst of a challenging scenario, can count on an important initiative to generate jobs and income to alternative to the economic adversities of the country. "We are offering opportunities to this public that seeks relocation and professional training in the midst of the crisis to help them participate in selection processes and quickly enter the labor market,"said João Paulo Rodrigues, Director of Institutional Relations at Neoenergia.  

After the completion of the training course, professionals trained by the School of Electrician will be able to participate in selection processes for Neoenergia and, even if not hired immediately, will remain in the company's talent bank, being able to perform the function of electrician in the formal labor market, which is also a social contribution of Neoenergia to the promotion of employment and income.  


The job vacancies that will be opened over the next few months in the Federal District are destined to various academic training courses of higher education, in addition to technicians and electricians. The professionals will be selected to work in different areas of the company.

Registration can be made both for the opportunities already available at the moment, as well as for future vacancies at Neoenergia. In addition, the curriculum update can be performed throughout the year, enabling the insertion of new formations by the candidates and increasing the chances of entering the company.
