Neoenergia's Compliance Unit is the body responsible for managing the Internal Information System in accordance with the procedure established by its respective governing body.


Rights of affected individuals:
The rights to privacy, honor, defense and presumption of innocence of the investigated or affected individuals are guaranteed.

Reports may be submitted in writing using the form on this website, by post (attention: Compliance Unit, c/Praia do Flamengo, 78 - Flamengo, Rio de Janeiro – RJ) or by any other means. Reporters may also forward their reports to the Independent Whistleblower Protection Authority or any other competent institution, body or agency.
