The Impactô Social Acceleration Program, carried out in partnership with the Ekloos Institute and with Coelba's institutional support, aims to boost the development of five Civil Society and Social Business Organizations in the city of Salvador. The initiative also has the support of the Sebrae Lab, Sebrae, Colabore and Salvador Municipality.
The managers of the organizations will participate in training and mentoring in the strategic management, business and innovation areas, during a period of 4 months.
There will be 4 face-to-face collective immersions in the city of Salvador, as well as remote mentoring with Ekloos Institute team and guest specialists.
At the end of the Program, organizations will participate in an investment pool, and may receive an incentive of up to R$50 thousand.
