Education Project for the Arts A full partnership of Coelba, Celpe and Cosern with the Ayrton Senna Institute assures the sponsorship, with their own resources, of the distributors, to the "Educação pela Arte" project. An activity implemented by the institute in the states of. Bahia, Pernambuco ande Rio Grande do Norte, together witha ONGs with the objective of providing complementary education to low-income children and adolescents.

The National Program for the Universalization of Access and Use of Electric Energy - Luz Para Todos - is a Federal Government project that gets full support from the Neoenergia Group.
