Águas de Pedra

Energética Águas de Pedra is the Specific Purpose Company of the Grupo Neoenergia responsible for the implantation of the Dardanelos Hydroelectric Power Plant (UHE Dardanelos), in the state of Mato Grosso, which will have 261MW of installed power.

Bahia PCH I

A wholly-owned subsidiary of Neoenergia, Bahia PCH I is the Specific Purpose Company created for construction and operation of the Sítio Grande Small Hydroelectric Power Plant, in the municipality of São Desidério, in Bahia, with installed power of 25 MW.

Corumbá III

Corumbá III Project Consortium (CEC III) is building the Hydroelectric Power Plant of Corumbá III, which will have an installed capacity of 93.6 MW. This power plant will be located on the Corumbá River, in the municipality of Luziânia, Goiás.

Goiás Sul

Neoenergia constituted the Goiás Sul Specific Purpose Company for construction and operation of PCHs of Goiandira and Nova Aurora, located on the Veríssimo River, state of Goiás, which will have the total installed capacity of 48 MW.
