Termoaçu Thermoelectric Power Plant (UTE Termoaçu) was built by Neoenergia in partnership with Petrobras, in the municipality of Alto do Rodrigues, State of Rio Grande do Norte, with installed capacity of 367.92 MW.

Termopernambuco

Termopernambuco S/A operates Termopernambuco Thermoelectric Power Plant, located in the municipality of Ipojuca, at the Suape Port and Industrial Complex, whose capacity evolves up to 532 MW.

Baguari I

Specific Purpose Company of Grupo Neoenergia that participates in the UHE Baguari Consortium, with the purpose of implanting, operating and maintaining the Baguari Hydroelectric Power Plant (UHE Baguari), in Minas Gerais. The power plant will have a generating capacity of 140 MW.

Itapebi

Itapebi Geração de Energia S/A operates Itapebi Hydroelectric Power Plant, located on the Jequitinhonha River, in the south of the state of Bahia, with an installed capacity of 450 MW.

Afluente

Afluente Geração e Transmissão de Energia Elétrica S.A. operates the small hydroelectric power plant (PCHs) Presidente Goulart and Alto Fêmeas, located respectively in the municipalities of Correntina and São Desidério, in the state of Bahia, besides three transmission and circuit lines in four substations.

Rio PCH I

Grupo Neonergia Specific Purpose Company responsible for the operation of Pirapetinga and Pedra do Garrafão PCHs, in the state of Rio de Janeiro, with total installed power of 39 MW.
