NC Energia
In 2000, Neoenergia founded NC Energia, which acts in the trading segment, having the purchase and sale of energy as main activity. The company also promotes auctions, represents consumers and producers in addition to providing consultancy on energy management. NC Energia coordinates energy resources and loads portfolios made by the companies of the Neoenergia Group, boosting the synergies of such portfolios.
Celpe
CELPE (Companhia Energética de Pernambuco) is an electrical energy distributor supplying 185 municipalities in the State of Pernambuco, in addition to the District of Fernando de Noronha and the municipality of Pedra de Fogo, in the State of Paraíba. Its concession area comprises 102,745 Km², governed by the Concession Agreement no. 26, entered on March 30, 2000, effective until March 30, 2030.
Coelba
COELBA (Companhia de Eletricidade do Estado da Bahia), is a electrical energy utility concessionaire, aimed to explore the electrical energy sub-transmission, distribution and commercialization systems, supplying 415 out of the 417 municipalities of the State of Bahia, and the municipalities of Delmiro Gouveia in the State of Alagoas and Dianápolis in the State of Tocantins, comprising a concession area of 563,000 km², granted by Decree of August 6, 1997 and governed by the Concession Agreement no. 010, entered on August 08, 1997, as amended, effective for 30 years, until August 07, 2027.
Cosern
COSERN is an electrical energy distributor company, acting in the State of Rio Grande do Norte, serving 167 municipalities. Its concession area comprises 52,797 Km², corresponding to 100% of the State's territory, granted by Decree of December 30, 1997 and regulated by the Distribution Concession Agreement no. 08, entered on December 31, 1997 and effective until December 31, 2027.
Águas de Pedra
Dardanelos HPP is on River Aripuanã, municipality of Aripuanã, state of Mato Grosso. The plant's rated capacity is of 261 MW, a reservoir of 0.24 kmV, which corresponds to the best flooded area and energy generated ratio in Brazil, and average guaranteed power output of 154.9 MW, contracted by a pool of 24 distributors.
Afluente G
Afluente G is made by two Hydropower Plants (HPPs) named Presidente Goulart HPP and Alto Fêmeas HPP, both between the states of Bahia and Goiás
Baguari I
Baguari is a Hydropower Plant (HPP) installed on river Doce in the state of Minas Gerais. The energy is generated through 4 generating units with bulb turbines, with the same power, totalizing installed capacity of 140 MW and average guaranteed power output of 80.2 MW.
Bahia PCH I
PCH Sítio Grande was built on River das Fêmeas, municipality of São Desidério, state of Bahia, and has installed power of 25 MW, with average guaranteed power output of 19.62 MW.
Energyworks
In January 2011, Neoenergia group entered an agreement with Iberdrola Group, its shareholder, for the purchase of the cogeneration company Energyworks do Brasil Ltda., which has six electrical and steam energy generation plants, powered by natural gas, installed in industries of the states of São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Paraná and Ceará. Energyworks has installed capacity of 93 MW and production of 405 ton/h of steam currently.
Geração C III
Corumbá III UPP, on River Corumbá, state of Goiás, started its commercial operation on October 2009. The plant has installed capacity of 93.6 MW.
Goiás Sul
The SPE (Specific Purpose Company) Goiás Sul, controlled by Neoenergia, was constituted to construct and operate the Small Hydropower Centrals (PCH) of Nova Aurora and Goiandira, with, respectively, 21 MW and 27 MW of installed capacity and are located at River Veríssimo, between the municipalities of Nova Aurora and Goiandira, state of Goiás.
Itapebi
Itapebi Geração de Energia S/A operates the Itapebi Hydropower Plant, located at River Jequitinhonha, to the south of the state of Bahia, with installed capacity of 450MW.
Rio PCH I
Rio PCH I, having as shareholders Neoenergia (75%) and PCH Administração e Participações LTDA (25%), is responsible for the operation of Pirapetinga and Pedra do Garrafão PCHs, both on River Itabapoana between the states of Rio de Janeiro and Espírito Santo.
Termoaçu
Termoaçu Thermalpower Plant (Termoaçu TPP) was constructed by Neoenergia in partnership with Petrobras, on the municipality of Alto do Rodrigues, state of Rio Grande do Norte, with installed capacity of 367.9 MW.
Termope
Termopernambuco TPP, wholly owned by Neoenergia, located at the Industry and Port Complex of Governador Eraldo Gueiros (SUAPE), in the municipality of Ipojuca, state of Pernambuco, started operating in May 15, 2004. The plant has three turbines working in a combined cycle, being two natural gas and one steam powered.
Geração Céu Azul
In September 2008, Neoenergia has won the concession for the construction and exploration of the Baixo Iguaçú Hydropower Plant, during the 7th New Energy Auction A-5 held by ANEEL. The HPP will be constructed on River Iguaçu, state of Paraná, and will have installed capacity of 350 MW and average guaranteed power output of 172.8 MW
Parques Eólicos
In August 2010, Neoenergia entered the segment of renewable sources and, together with Iberdrola Renovables and Iberdrola Renováveis do Brasil, won, in the 2nd Auction for Alternative Sources held by ANEEL, the energy sales agreement for nine wind farms with total installed capacity of 258 MW.
SE Extremoz II
Neoenergia won the concession for the construction of the substation Extremoz II, of /69 kV 2 x 150 MVA, in Rio Grande do Norte, offered in the lot G of Transmission Auction no. 006/2011 held by ANEEL on December 16, 2011 at the Stocks Exchange of São Paulo (BM&F Bovespa). The Company's winning bid in the amount of R$ 2,278,800.00 had accrued liability of 43.53% over the initial Annual Revenue Allowed (RAP) of R$ 4,035,440.
Teles Pires
Teles Pires HPP project is on River Teles Pires, between the states of Mato Grosso and Pará, with installed capacity of 1,820 MW and average guaranteed power output of 915.4 MW.
Afluente T
Afluente Transmissão de Energia Elétrica S.A. is made of three substations named Tomba, Brumado II and Itagiba, and of the Transmission Lines 230 kV Funil- Itagibá, Itagibá-Brumado II, Camaçari II-Polo-Ford, Tomba-Governador Mangabeira and 138 kV Funil-Poções, all in the state of Bahia.
SE Narandiba
Organized on August 18, 2008 with the purpose of consolidating the energy supply to the Metropolitan Region of Salvador.
NeoInvest
Company organized in 2007 with the purpose of acting in the exploration of goods and services of electrical energy, prepare technical projects, organize subsidiaries, merge or participate in other companies.
Neoserv
NEOSERV acts in the rendering of service and collection of invoices for distributors CELPE and COSERN. Furthermore, its portfolio includes the rendering of collection services for water, telephone and banking companies.
